You can discipline your self in time by studying and doing your homework. You can put your time into school also by helping someone clean up the school or arrange stuff.
You can put your energy in school by paying attention in class and participating. You could also put your energy into your school sports by trying everyday. You can make goals to do well academically or you can make a goal to get into a high school you want to get in. You can make your moods goods by not having a sour mood and being happy and people actually want to be around you.

Time is important so you can turn things in on time. I personally need to work on this. Energy is important so you can get stuff done. I have a lot of energy. You need to set goals for yourself to succeed. I also need to work on this. Having a good mood and attitude is always important. I always try to have a good attitude.

I can discipline my time in academics by doing my homework and studying as soon as I have the chance. I can discipline my energy by eating a good breakfast and getting a lot of sleep. I can discipline my goals by setting high but reachable goals. And I can discipline my moods by always keeping a positiv attitude.

Time-I could set out certain amounts of time to study. This would help me become more organized and do better in school.
Energy-I could be more energetic in all of my classes. This would help me participate more.
Goals-I could set my goals high and try to reach them. Reaching these goals could help me be more focused.
Mood-In all of my classes, I could be more optimistic. This will help me become a less negative person.

You can discipline your academic life with time by taking time to study something. Don't just thumb through your study sheet. With energy you can be positive and energetic about a bad grade and focus on what you can do to improve your grade. With goals you can push yourself to do better. With moods you can have a good attitude about good and bad grades.

You need the time because you can distribute your time wisely to make good grades. When you use your energy well you get good sleep and do well in school the next day. When you set goals you have something to pursue. When you use good moods you feel good about yourself.

Time-I could set out times to study. This way, my grades would be better.
Energy-I could put more energy into my classes. I would be much more active in the working environment.
Goals-I could set high goals. That way, I could work hard to reach them.
Moods-If I was more optimistic in class, I would learn more by being more of a participant.

If I were going to discipline my academic life I would have a set amount of time for each thing. In energy I would make sure I have had enough sleep and food. I would set goals and try hard to reach them. I would try not to get stressed out about something because when I get stressed out I can't think.

1. Set a specific time of day aside to work on homework or study time to stay on task and not get distracted

2. Starting your homework after you have taken a shower will help your energy level go up, and you will not fall asleep while doing homework.

3. You can list all of your goals on a piece of paper and cross them off as you go down the list. Short term goals first and then lead up to bigger ones.

4. You should forget about what just happened and go on with your life because what just happened was probably not very important and you are probably making it seem it more important than it was in the first place.

You can discipline yourself with your time by studying more. If you study more then you will get better grades. If you get better grades then you will have more opportunities.

Time: You can discipline yourself in time by putting playing outside aside and doing your homework or studying.
Energy: You can discipline your energy during school by paying attention. And during practice, cause even though it is after school you should still put energy into it.
Goals: If you set goals for yourself, you can be able to achieve them quicker and better than you thought you were going to before.
Mood: You have to have the right mood to go threw out the day and if you have a really bad mood your day might not go the way you want to.
