If someone were looking at me they would stereotype me as preppy. I generally wear a nice polo and jeans when I go out and on special events I wear a nice T-shirt and blazer with jeans. It is not fair I am not preppy and will never be.
Someone who has never met me might stereotype me as quiet and bookish. They would do this because I'm smaller than my friends and I don't wear make-up. This wouldn't be completely fair to me because I can be loud if I want to, but I am a little bookish.
People would stereotype me as having no soul. They would do this because of someone on YouTube and south park did an episode on gingers not having souls. It would not be fair to me.
I think someone would stereotype me as a normal teenage girl who was just walking down the street. But if I was walking down the street wearing a Justin Bieber shirt and all of my 'Bieber Fever' bracelets, I think a person would think I am a Belieber(huge Bieber fan). It think it would be fair because I am walking down a street with a lot of Justin Bieber stuff on, and I am a super mega Bieber fan.
They would probably see me as just a teenage girl who likes to dress really casual. I don't have many things that I wear or anything that could be stereotyped harshly. I wear nike shorts, a sweatshirt and Uggs all of the time which is pretty casual. So overall, this would be a fair judgement because I am not too focused on looking nice all of the time.
If I a stranger say me they probably say I was a nerd. The general perception of gingers in this society is that we are nerds and have "no soul". They would also draw this assumption due to my glasses. This is not fair to me. Dictionary.com defines nerd as a stupid, irritating, ineffectual, or unattractive person. Thats not true about me. I'm not stupid or irritating. I won't discuss the last two because that would sound self-absorbed.
They would stereotype me as a weak nerdy kid who is shy. They would do this because I am not strong and I try to look nice and neat. This would be kind of fair because I am not strong, I am smart but not obsessed with some not so normal obsession. Although I am not shy and am outgoing. Although I do not mind receiving this label because they will be able to see what I am like once they start to talk with me.
"Wow that guy must be dumb!" They might say this because of they way I act, but they shouldn't judge me just by my actions. I am actually pretty smart.
One might stereotype me as not so smart and younger than I might appear to the onlooker. People might stereotype me as being less intellectual because many people think if you are hyper you are not smart and that is completely unfair to me. The most common stereotype about me is that I am younger than I am. People say this because I am shorter than the average 8th grader.
Someone who has never met me might stereotype me because of my hair color. I am a blonde, and most people stereotype blondes as being stupid, and really self-absorbed or vain. There are many "dumb blonde" jokes that I hear about. Here are two really stupid ones I just found online.
" 1) Question: If a blonde and a brunette fell off a building, who would hit the ground first?
Answer: The brunette – the blonde would have to stop for directions!
2)The assistant asked the blonde if she would like her pizza cut into six pieces or twelve.
“Six please” she said, “I could never eat twelve!”".
This would not be fair to me because I am smart. I am on the Honor Society and have all A's. I am not vain about my smartness though, I am just trying to make a point.
If I was walking down the street in my Jonas Brothers shirt, people would probably think i am stupid. The Jonas Brothers are stereotyped as the typical Disney star, but they aren't. They are different. But people would think that I am immature.
I am a seventh and eighth grade history and ethics instructor at Grace- St. Luke's Episcopal School in Memphis, TN. I am originally from Sioux Falls, SD and got my undergraduate degree in Elementary Education (K-8) at St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, MN. I have received my Master's Degree in Instructional Design and Technology at the University of Memphis.

They would say "this guy is awesome and I should go ask what his name is." This would be very fair.I would therefore have on more friend.
